Job Summary: Insparisk LLC is looking for an elevator inspector to begin right away. As a Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI), you will be responsible for inspecting elevator and escalator systems to ensure they meet safety standards and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and periodic inspections of elevators, escalators, and other vertical transport systems.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of elevator and escalator codes and standards (such as ANSI A17.1/ASME A17.7 and relevant local codes).
Working Conditions:
- Primarily field-based inspections in various locations, primarily in Albany and Upstate surrounding area
- May require working in elevated areas or confined spaces.
- Travel is necessary and varies depending on the location of job sites.
Salary:
- $66,000 -$70,000 annual salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, and potential benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

The North Dakota State Electrical Board will be hiring a full-time non-temporary elevator mechanic inspector for the State of North Dakota. Successful applicants may also need to work in assigned areas across the state.
Minimum qualifications: ASME QE-1 certification, a high school graduate with elevator trade school degree. A licensed Elevator Mechanic or capable of attaining a North Dakota elevator mechanics license within a specified timeline. Summary:
The elevator inspector is responsible for traveling to predetermined site locations to perform inspections of new and existing conveyance equipment, including elevators, escalators, vertical platform lifts, and dumb waiters to ensure compliance with standard building and safety codes.
